1. Definitions
"Service" means the Anyue platform (knowledge fabric, agent orchestration, model routing, evaluation and observability) and related implementation and support services. "Customer" means the entity executing an order form or statement of work. "Output" means content generated by the Service from Customer Input.
2. Orders and scope
Functionality, deployment model (SaaS, customer VPC, on-premises, air-gapped), capacity, implementation schedule and acceptance criteria are set out in the applicable order form and SOW. Metrics published on this site describe historical results across comparable deployments and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Ensure Customer Input is lawfully obtained and that required notices and consents are in place;
- Maintain human review for outputs that affect individual rights or material business decisions;
- Protect credentials and notify Anyue within 24 hours of suspected compromise.
4. Service levels
| Commitment | Standard | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly availability | 99.9% | 99.95% |
| P1 response | 30 minutes | 15 minutes |
| Recovery time objective | 4 hours | 2 hours |

If we miss a commitment, service credits apply as the sole remedy, calculated per the order form.
5. Intellectual property
Anyue owns the Service, model weights, tooling and documentation. Customer owns Customer Input and business data. Customer-specific prompts, evaluation sets and workflow configurations are Customer's property; Anyue uses them only to deliver the engagement.
6. Confidentiality, warranties, liability
Each party protects the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care for five years. We warrant that the Service will perform materially as described in the documentation. Except for gross negligence, willful misconduct, IP infringement, breach of confidentiality, or bodily injury, each party's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid or payable in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits.
7. Term, termination, governing law
Subscriptions renew for successive 12-month terms unless either party gives 60 days' notice. Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 30 days. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Export control and sanctions laws apply to the Service.
